Dr. Farrell and Dorothy Hardee of the American Cancer Society spoke on their Patient Registration Program. George Indest of the Health Law Firm updated the membership on the current Hot Legal Topics. FMA Executive Vice President, Tim Stapleton, updated the membership on the status of medicine in Florida and the national healthcare reform. Dr. David Kelley, licensed marriage and family therapist, gave a fun and interesting talk on the "Medical Marriage." The 2009 SCMS Executive Committee: Dr. Vraj Panara, Mrs. Norma Ryan, Dr. Tanya Agard, Dr. Thomas Kelley, Dr. Sanjay Reddy, and Mrs. Carrie Pope.
