John Hillenmeyer - President and Chief Executive Officer
Orlando Regional Healthcare System
Mr. Hillenmeyer has been the President and CEO of the Orlando Regional Healthcare System since 1997. He came to ORHS in 1982 as Vice President of Operations of Sand Lake Hospital. In 1987 he was appointed Executive Director of Orlando Regional Medical Center, and became responsible for ORHS’s six Central Florida hospitals in 1989. Prior to his tenure at ORHS, Mr. Hillenmeyer worked in various administrative positions in the Greenville South Carolina Hospital System, and with American Medical International in Birmingham, Alabama, as well as in Orlando.
Mr. Hillenmeyer earned a bachelor’s degree in BA from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Duke University. He is a diplomate of the American College of Health Care Executives, serves as Chairman of the Statutory Teaching Hospital Council, is a Past Chairman of the Florida Hospital Association Board, and is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of VHA-Southeast. He is active in many civic organizations and currently serves on the boards of the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida, the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, SunTrust Bank, Presbyterian Retirement Communities, and the UCF Foundation.

Steve Glazier - President - South Seminole Hospital
Steve has been the President of Orlando Regional South Seminole Hospital since October 1999. Prior to that he spent two years as Executive Director of Vencor Hospitals in the Tampa/St Pete area. His past positions have included Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Columbia Medical Center-Osceola, and Chief Executive Officer of Charter Behavioral Health System Orlando. Steve received his BS from Georgia Southern College and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
Steve is a current board member and past chairman of the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of Directors of Envision Seminole. He previously served on the boards of the Seminole Family YMCA, Osceola United Way, Mental Health Association of Florida and the Mental Health Association of Jacksonville.

Mary McKinnon - Chief Nursing Officer
Mary is the Chief Nursing Officer and Administrator of Patient Care at South Seminole Hospital. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing at Valencia Community College, her Bachelor Degree in Nursing from University of South Florida and her Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
Mary has been with South Seminole Hospital in various capacities since it’s opening in 1984. Prior to this she served as Assistant Nursing Administrator at Seminole Memorial Hospital (now Central Florida Regional) and as Nursing Administrator at St. Cloud Hospital.
Mary is a graduate of Leadership Seminole and Leadership Orlando. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and is Board Certified in Nursing Administration, Advanced by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Mary serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Central Receiving Center and the Center for Drug Free Living.

Craig Bair - SSH/OH Marketing Director
Craig joined the hospital’s management team in 2008. He has over 20 years of experience in managing hospital public relations and marketing in several locations around Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Florida’s College of Public Relations, and a graduate of Leadership Seminole’s Class of 2002.
Craig is very active in community organizations. He sits on the Board of Directors for Envision Seminole and served as the new organization’s inaugural Chairman in 2003, when Leadership Seminole and Seminole Vision merged. He has been active in The Foundation for Seminole County Public Schools, Rotary Club of Sanford, Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Sanford/Seminole Chamber of Commerce, Greater Oviedo Chamber of Commerce, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and the Helen Stairs Theatre.
In his free time Craig enjoys road biking, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, scuba diving, and boating. He is a native Floridian, born and raised in Leesburg. He resides in Sanford with his wife Pat and an assortment of pets.-
